When you wake up and see it’s raining, try to think how the rain will help the plants and crops grow, or how the earth will smell nice afterward don’t just think “oh no, this rain is ruining my mood from the very start of the day”. And you’ve probably guessed it, one of the first tips to change your life is to focus on the positive more. You might not be aware of this, but we honestly tend to have more than a hundred negative thoughts per day. Complaints are, in essence, negative thoughts.
